This is the ORIGINAL manual as published by me on the internet in July 1998, with an introduction by its primary author Major Paul Smith (Ret.) and a note up front including a request from the originator of the methods Ingo Swann. Although this has been endlessly copied (and sometimes revised) everywhere else on the internet (most without attribution or link alas!), firedocs.com is its original home, and I have compared this to copies from a variety of sources (some more official than others), so I vouch for this version.
