It ain't CRV really -- though for comfort I sometimes cling to a few basics here and there -- so if you're a formal student, don't be aghast, and if you're a member of the public, don't think the way I do something is the final answer. In this area, the way YOU do something is the final answer. If it works for you, do it. I'm still learning about what works for me, so I do different stuff to experiment.

More targets coming. In addition to the fact that I do many sessions on each target, and many notes and so on (so the targets aren't gone through very quickly), also I really don't have much time to be scanning stuff and typing it all and formatting it all. So I don't know how often this will be updated but I will do my best to gradually include enough sessions to demonstrate what I'm doing, what I'm learning, etc.
