A resource the world never had before has been available since the year 2000:

Joseph McMoneagle’s book Remote Viewing Secrets: A Handbook.

This is literally the bible of RV, and a paperback textbook no viewer should be without.

At this point McMoneagle is one of the most experienced (and well documented) remote viewers in history, with 25 years of work in both science and intelligence RV. He is the most accomplished public example of RV skill in the world, with a couple dozen in-protocol sessions on-camera for television and video around the planet, and innumerable live demonstrations in person over the last couple of decades. His sessions are featured in most every book written by scientists on psi/ RV, and his credentials would take several more paragraphs to list. Suffice to say, he is the real thing and knows what he’s talking about: his advice is worth reading -- more than once.

The better you get at RV, the more you will realize is in that book and you didn’t ‘get it’ until you developed a little more.
