Where can I find a group that won't charge me money, that I could practice with and talk with?

I wrote a couple years ago: It's pitiful, I tell ya. Everybody wants money. ... but that's changed now!

The Ten Thousand Roads Remote Viewing and Dowsing Project is now online.
