SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
Mr. McMoneagle has 31 years of professional expertise in research and development, in numerous multi-level technical systems and in the social sciences. Experience includes: experimental protocol design, collection and evaluation of statistical information, prototype design and testing, Automatic Data Processing equipment and technology interface, management, and systems analysis. Was responsible for all research and development of new and current technology, planning, management, support, maintenance, funding, training and personnel at a Major U.S. Army Command. Practical experience also includes historical reporting, theory and application, and general contracting.
